Cancellation/Rain Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 48 hours or less prior to scheduled delivery date – no refund. • Cancellation 4 to 10 days prior to event date – 50% refundable (no refund for linens) • Cancellation of linen orders 7 days or less prior to scheduled delivery (or customer pick-up) – no refund • Cancellation over 11 days prior to event, $35 cancellation fee applied. *RAIN/HIGH WINDS (15MPH or higher) excepted – please refer to “Rain Policy.”
WHAT IF I CANCEL DUE TO WEATHER
Not a Problem, Just give us a call no later than the day before your rental is scheduled to be delivered. Please note that all deposits are Non-Refundable in the event of any cancellation. If the cancellation is due to weather condition, deposit is transferable to any new rental within a 6 month period. In the event that you know your new reschedule date, we can make the change immediately as long as the requested equipment is available. The transferred deposit can be used towards any of our inflatable rentals.
WHAT ABOUT MY DEPOSIT?
All deposits expire and are no longer usable after 6 months from the date of your canceled party. In order to transfer the deposit, we must have notification of your cancellation prior to the delivery date. In the event of cancellation upon delivery, your deposit will be used to cover the delivery/labor cost and no longer Transferrable. RAIN POLICY
If rain is in the forecast for your event date, CUSTOMER MUST CONTACT INDIGO PARTY RENTALS NO LATER THAN 5 PM THE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT DATE. If it rains after we have already setup, you are responsible for full payment – NO REFUNDS. Keep in mind that if it rains partially during your party, you can always Continue use after it rains. We do recommend drying your party rentals off with a towel to avoid slipping. You should also insure that any blowers and electrical plugs stay as dry as possible. Adult supervision is required at all times while kids play inside of an inflatable. You should turn the inflatable off if wind speeds exceed 15 miles per hour.
Indigo Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel the reservation or end rental term at any time during severe weather condition(s) and no refund will be given. During periods of severe weather condition(s), arising out of but not limited to rain, hale, lightning, high winds (over twenty miles per hour), intense heat, and fire, the Unit(s) must be evacuated immediately and electricity must be turned off. Renter agrees to release, forever discharge and hold harmless Indigo Party Rentals, its officers, employees and/or agents from any injury, damages or claims resulting out of or in connection to severe weather conditions and/or Renters negligence to follow rules regarding weather policy.
